In my current role as Senior Business Technical Specialist AI OPS US National Market - Southeast at IBM, I have consistently delivered exceptional results in optimizing IT infrastructure performance and improving business outcomes through the development and implementation of AI Ops solutions for enterprise clients. I work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to design and deploy custom AI Ops solutions tailored to clients needs and business objectives. I worked closely with sales teams to define, design, and detail aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions. I also delivered Proof of Concepts, Proof of Technology, and supported the creation and completion of RFPs. I delivered new installs and expiations around IBMs Spectrum Protect and Spectrum Protect Plus, and provided impactful training and education on IBMs Software Defined Storage.
Before joining IBM, I was a Solution Architect at Actifio, where I was responsible for assisting TOLA Account Executives in complex sale cycles, delivering Multi-Cloud, Multi-Protocol, Multi-Database Data Mobility and Data Protection, Application Modernization, Anywhere & Everywhere (including Oracle, SAP HANA, SQL, and Virtualized environments), and enabling organizations to deliver Hybrid Cloud and Cloud IT strategies. I helped drive adoption of Actifio software with customers and Business Partners in the TOLA region, delivering demos and proof of concepts, and complex architecture designs.
In my previous role as a Technical Account Manager at Actifio, I held concurrent responsibility for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of key products within the customers infrastructure. I actively participated in deep architectural reviews, ensuring solutions were designed for optimal deployment and growth. I delivered leadership for the customers major Actifio-based initiatives, and maintained full alignment with field-based sales teams on renewal and upsell strategies.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Client Technical Specialist/Storage Infrastructure Solutions, Named Accounts, and Client Technical Specialist/West Channel, Flash at IBM, where I increased market penetration and revenue with innovative solutions and strategic partner relationships. I delivered POC and live demos to over 150 clients and three counties, and strengthened relationships with CDW and grew Flash footprint 100% into their accounts.
I also worked as an Account Executive/Channel Manager at Texas Memory Systems, where I drove professional after-sales support to enhance customers dedication. I coordinated with channel partners and direct sales teams to secure new opportunities, delivered training to business partners, and strategically managed the opportunity registration program to maximize revenue from the channel.
