Summary

I have worked in Engineering support/product support for the past 4 years and in the last year, moved to a Software Quality Assurance engineer where I used my Customer support experience to test and debug features and applications.

I have extensive experience testing large volumes of data, such as those from Twitter's and Reddit's firehose, and other sources. Also, I was able to identify specific streamed documents issues using tools like Grafana, Elasticsearch, JQ, Postman, AWS services, and Kafka and others.

Expectations

I want to continue building my Software development skills, and as a backend Quality Assurance engineer I was able to do this, while contributing to the automation stack, improving and collaborating with the engineers to deliver the most optimal features.
