Summary

Keen to details is something that Im proud of, not because that's what the job requires but because I want to show the importance of the app I'm testing to the customers by providing them high quality application and ease of use on their side. I might be a hassle to the dev team but I know having a high quality of app would benefit the team in the long run, rendering higher income for the company and securing the team their current job.

I am a team player. One of my goals prior on working is that "Build a relationship first before destroying anything". It is usual that people would see us as destroyer of their work, but the reality is that the app is already broken, it is just we havent found it yet and that's what QA is all about, looking for broken things so that we can fix it before giving it to the clients. Customer disappointment is a plague to the company, it slowly infects other users if they found bugs on their end.

With those in mind, I can define myself as a work to learn not to earn type of guy. I try to learn all the aspect of the app from front end to backend to its API up to its Databases. In that way I can formulate all possible scenarios that a bug might appear. This will also help me investigate where's that part of the code/flow that causes the bug and helping the devs work faster as they need not to investigate as I have checked it already and save them time on fixing while doing other dev works

Expectations

My expectations for my new job would be a company that has a great culture, gives employee room for growth both personal and professional growth as well. Its great as well that all employees understand the missions and goal of the company so that no one will be left behind on every success the company achieves.
