Summary

I rose from Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead to a manager position after 3 years with the company. In the 2 years I spent managing a team, I transformed them from a collection of siloed individual contributors to a highly collaborative scrum team delivering consistent user value and leading the company in technical innovation.
