Software Engineering Manager with 9+ years of experience managing teams working on international environment and designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software applications to meet their Scope, Quality, Time, and Budget. Responsible for Team and People management, having the opportunity to build a team from zero and driving transformation and improving existing teams.
As a manager I had been responsible for team and people management, working with teams on different technologies and program languages like Azure, AWS, Java, Perl, .Net, and Mainframe, being responsible for planning, execution, hiring, billing, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of the targets.
My technical background is an excellent helper to work with development/engineering teams, speaking the same language and understanding the application and language.
