I would probably like to continue to lead and empower software engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and creative thinking, while coaching and developing talent. I am primarly looking for a role focused more on leadership and strategy.

Given my experience and appreciation of Agile methodologies, I prefer a position within a company or team that follows Agile practices for software development and involves working closely with different teams and stakeholders
