Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles such as Engineering Manager (Software), Team Lead, Performance Engineer, Software Architect, Development Manager, and Software Engineer etc. This breadth of experience has allowed me to develop expertise in various technologies, including Java, Spring Framework, Struts, Hibernate, EXTJS, MERN stack, Node.JS, React.JS, Express.JS, Flutter, Android, Amazon Web Services (AWS), EC2, S3, RDS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Atlas, GCP, GKS, Block Storage, Azure Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, and many related tools and technologies.

I worked at an organization working on an Enterprise Collaboration tool. I was managing team of around 30 software engineers (including backend, frontend, mobile, QA, databases and DevOps teams). During my tenure there, I achieved significant milestones in product development, collaborating with Sales and Business teams and successfully migrating the application to the Google Cloud Platform while delivering high-impact workflow features.

I worked for an organization for 12 years where we were developing a suite of products for Semi-conductor and Embedded software domain. I progressed from a software engineer to team lead, performance engineer, software architect, and Development Manager. This tenure provided me with expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Oracle DB, MySQL, Flex, JQuery, and ExtJS. One of the largest management consulting company acquired this product, and we transitioned into software services business, where I further expanded my skills and trained my team on various technologies to handle diverse projects and clients.
