Summary

Deceloping slackbot - an opsbot that allows SREs to run different Slack commands while triaging production issues. Hosted on AWS using Lambda functions, API Gateways, IAM roles, Slack APIs, and Python to improve efficiency and response times
Contributing to an in-house config management tool used to create alerts, and dashboards in Grafana for various engineering teams using Python
Writing scripts and scheduled jobs to fully automate tasks otherwise done manually by SREs using Python or Bash
Own and run the RCA/post-mortem process for all production-level incidents
- Manage a timeline and note important decisions made along the way
- Presenting a crash analysis matrix along with corrective actions focusing on prevention, resiliency, forensics, and recovery
Managing configurations and overall infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible

In the past, have worked on various full-stack software development projects and won multiple awards at hackathons for the "Best Hack" and "Best use of API".
