Summary

Creative Software Developer who has led engineering teams ranging from 5 - 10 people. I have experience using Python, and NodeJS to create microservices for large-scale applications. I have also created instructional content around both JavaScript and Python engaging a student body of approx 1000+ students. Within that time I have been able to acquire 80% engagement from in-class students, helped place over 85% of students taught, and created 200k+ in top-line revenue for the company I worked for. I have also successfully aided development teams in the use of React, Angular, and Firebase to help build proof-of-concept applications. Resulting in a 5% increase in closed business for the sales teams associated with the company I worked for.

I have also created and deployed my own personal blockchain project as well. Just for fun

Expectations

Open and welcoming environment, preferably fully remote. I would also enjoy a hybrid option as well so long as the commute isn't taking away from actual working time. I would like to have the flexibility to work on code outside of normal business hours as well. I'm becoming more of a morning person (4am - 5am starts) so that I can also focus on my passions(Reading comics) later in the day. My dream would be to have the ability to knock out all of the tasks I have for the day earlier - but of course, emergencies will happen. However, I understand that to be the exception - not the norm.
