Software Engineer

Summary

I have over five years of professional experience in backend-focused software engineering, with a focus on Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, and relational databases. Within six months at my first software role, I was responsible for over 30% of deployments to production and one of two developers responsible for new features and maintaining our application. In my second role, I spearheaded efforts to integrate document signing functionality into our platform by consuming RESTful APIs. Most recently, my work has involved project management, mentorship, and teaching subjects like TDD, Object Oriented Programming, and more.
