- Designed and built Python package that encapsulates sequencing bash algorithms, empowring
bioinformaticians with a streamlined platform for end-to-end data process in Python and R.
- Developed a tailored Docker image of a PHP sequencing tool, integrating it with our Python platform,
enabling users to operate both applications and access data from the same file system.
- Resolved data inconsistency between lab information system (LIS) and AI platform by building APS.NET APIs, Mirth, and MySQL for status update and resent.
- Automated task assignments by implementing task queue using Celery with RabbitMQ within Django.

Expectations
