Software Engineer
Summary
I am currently employed as a Desktop Technician where I provide on-site technical support to end users by performing account management, installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of workstations and related software/hardware.
I recently finished my Bachelors in Information Technology in May 2021 where I studied the fundamentals of IT including System Administration, Networks & Protocols, Computer Security, Database Management, Big Data Analytics, Systems Analysis & Design, Web Programming, and Human Computer Interaction.
Some of programming/scripting languages that I have worked on during my studies are PowerShell, Bash, Python, Java, and SQL.
Even though I am working desktop support, I'd like to further advance my career towards a programming/coding position.
