Please don't fire employee after hiring, if you don't have an job opening or you are already running in loss then continue with limited resources but don't hire new resources, because company don't have idea what an employee is facing after job loss in his daily life. inshort my expectation is if you are hiring then please give the stable job for minimum of 2+ years.
