Summary

Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience spanning full-stack development, DevOps, and developer tooling. Most recently spent 3 years for an AI product company building and leading the Developer Experience & Tooling team, where I co-founded the team, established AGILE practices, and received the CEO Operational Efficiency Award for reducing engineering tooling costs and improving team productivity.

My work has spanned the full engineering lifecycle: architecting Python/TypeScript traceability tooling for ISO26262/ASPICE-compliant automotive projects, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub, managing enterprise infrastructure (Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, AWS), and integrating systems via RESTful and OSLC APIs. I've led complex migrations including on-premise to SaaS transitions with LDAP-to-Azure AD SSO and zero-downtime database migrations.

Earlier experience includes C++ driver monitoring system development, full-stack eCommerce platform delivery with React and headless WordPress, and a student placement management system built end-to-end with React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

I have a strong background in automation, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration - with particular depth in tooling ecosystems, developer productivity, and compliance-critical engineering environments.

Expectations

What drives me most is improving how things work - whether that's internal engineering workflows, developer tooling, or the product itself. I get energy from being close to the people I'm building for, talking directly with engineers or customers to understand the real problem before jumping to a solution.

Right now I'm particularly excited about what's possible with AI-assisted tooling - using LLMs/Agents to automate the repetitive, high-friction parts of engineering work: smarter code review, context-aware documentation, intelligent triage, workflow automation that actually understands intent. I want to be in a team that's actively exploring this space, not one that's waiting to see how it plays out.

Looking for a role with enough autonomy to identify friction and act on it, not just execute a backlog. Team culture and direct collaboration matter more to me than the specific domain.
