Summary

Backend engineer with 7 years of experience.

I have worked with Python and Scala.
I have built on clouds like AWS, GCP and Heroku.

I have been in 3 jobs so far.

1st Job. Martech startup. I was an early engineer on the innovations team and contributed in building the core product.
2nd Job AI Chatbot. I was part of the machine learning team which built the core of a travel focussed chatbot. I also contributed to the AI platform here and eventually took care of all things devops.
3rd Job at a fintech company. I joined as a backend engineer and worked primarily on banking integrations and experience platform.

First 2 startups got acquired by major corporation. 3rd one is still building it's way to IPO.

Expectations

An early engineer at a newly founded product. I want a slice of equity that might help me get financial freedom in next 5-7 years. I want to get into the hustle of building a product again from scratch by leveraging all that I have learned through the years. Eventually, with the success of the company, I expect to grow as a leader and be in a position to start my own company sometime in next 10 years. If founders can mentor me on this path, this will be a great motivator for me to join.
