Summary
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Computer Science from UCI in 2020 and excelled as a Software Engineer at Cisco from August 2020 to March 2023. During this period, I automated product support through a web-based chatbot, optimized system performance using NGINX and Redis, and implemented automated build processes with Jenkins and OpenShift. Additionally, my prior experiences at UCI's Office of Information Technology and Moss Adams equipped me with valuable skills, including full stack development, conducting backend unit testing, and the Agile methodology.
