Summary

The purpose of this letter is to apply for any Software Engineer role. An excellent candidate for this internship would have a strong understanding of coding skills, and strong teamwork and leadership. In addition, the right candidate for this internship should also have drive to succeed. This includes a background working on team and individual projects, as well as my experience with C++, Java, Python, and numerous other languages. I believe my resume will show a proven history of utilizing these various skills through my professional and educational experiences. I am writing to express my interest in a Software Engineer position. As a recent graduate from Wayne State University with a major in Computer Science, I am eager to bring my experience in full-stack development, machine learning, and cloud technologies to a dynamic and innovative team.
During my internship at Comau, I worked closely with the IT Operations team to enhance and maintain Oracle-based applications. My responsibilities included developing and optimizing PL/SQL scripts, integrating Java applications with SQL databases, and leveraging frameworks such as Spring Boot to build scalable backend services. I also led the development of a comprehensive web application at WorkWave, utilizing Django, Java, SQL, and deploying it on AWS to ensure high availability and scalability. Additionally, I created a desktop application for Wayne State that used Angular, Node.js, and Python to provide various microservices within a single application.These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in system solution development, testing, and implementation. I am proficient in using Python, Java, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. My hands-on experience, coupled with my academic background, has prepared me to tackle complex software engineering challenges effectively.
I am particularly drawn to opportunities that allow for innovation and the application of advanced technologies to solve real-world problems. A good work environment that will allow me to develop as a software engineer, but also grow as a person. I want to be able to work with a team that will allow me to use my skills in a setting that would challenge me, and allow me to have some effect on the company positively.
