Summary
As an experienced software developer with a focus on CloudOps, I have a proven track record of success in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure. I deployed a Terraform Enterprise server on AWS, which streamlined and standardized our infrastructure-as-code collaboration.
My expertise in AWS and Azure services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, VM, and DevOps, enabled me to provide seamless support and maintenance to these services. I also ensured IL4 and FedRAMP compliance by leveraging my skills in security monitoring tools such as Wiz and Prisma Cloud.

In my role as a software developer for the DocuMonitor team, I contributed to integrating a trained ONNX machine learning model into .NET through NuGet packages. I also collected and analyzed data on security alerts using KQL and Python libraries such as pandas and Matplotlib. I refactored alert logic based on data analysis results to use better fitting statistical distribution formulas, and performed code reviews and unit testing for our C# .NET backend and bug bashing for our React frontend.
As an eDiscovery Developer Intern, I automated reporting of potential fraud instances using the Dataminr API, Redmine API, and Splunk API. I also built an automated digital forensic application that searches drive images for PII and other sensitive data. I created a C++ project for the backend, handling raw data parsing using WinAPI and the X-Ways X-Tension API, and a Django frontend for interacting with scan results and generating custom reports to view or download.
Furthermore, I developed schema and Python scripts to collect usage statistics of internal testing hardware across dev teams and created a network of on-premise servers using Kubernetes and containerized scripts using Docker for better uptime as a DevOps Automation Intern. I also deployed a Node.JS server to provide an API for developers to run unit tests and get results more quickly.
In my role as an iOS/Mac+ Technical Advisor, I supported customers over the phone with a wide range of Apple products and services, solved technical issues including hardware, software, and networking configurations, which honed my customer service skills and helped me develop strong communication skills.
