Software engineer

Summary

I'm a Software Engineer based in Portland, Oregon. I have several years of experience in both the Ruby and JavaScript ecosystems.

I worked at CommerceHub for over two years on the platform engineering team. There, I contributed to internal and customer-facing tools; maintained service reliability through updates, patches and metrics; and improved alert documentation for the on-call rotation. I built new front-end and back-end features and corresponding tests.

Expectations

I"m looking for another remote position where I can further develop the skills I've learned in the past few years and acquire new ones. My bosses and the CEO where I was were very approachable and that's something that would be great to have again. I value work-life balance and I'm not interested in on-call rotations.
