Summary

Beginning my career journey at Google, I have navigated through various roles, starting with two engineering practicum internships followed by a software engineering (SWE) internship, eventually leading to my current full-time position as a Software Engineer. My experience at Google has been marked by a diverse range of technical challenges and learning opportunities, which have significantly contributed to my professional growth.

During my full-time role, I have honed my skills in an array of technologies including Java, Kotlin, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS. My proficiency extends to using command line and shell scripts, developing APIs, creating and modifying UI components, and navigating through Google's proprietary tools. Each project has pushed me to expand my technical knowledge and adapt to rapidly evolving technological landscapes. The experience has shaped me into a versatile software engineer, capable of addressing and solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.

One of my key projects involved creating a Software as a Service (SaaS) framework designed to embed internal information safely into external web platforms. This endeavor required not only a deep understanding of distributed systems but also an innovative approach to integrating various technologies. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of automated controls for remediating access anomalies between third-party platforms and Google's internal sources of truth. My role in these projects was comprehensive, encompassing full-stack engineering responsibilities from modifying user interfaces and enhancing security policies to implementing unit and integration testing, as well as adding monitoring/alerting, and early-detection systems to increase product reliability.
