Developed an application for AWS global Material Management which offers forecasts for arranging equipment and helps the global team make better decisions. The application has been used by over 2000 employees and has saved more than 21% of all expenses.
Implemented the web front-end, enabled the employees to have a better vision of the forecast amount and submit requests for changes on current status which improved the efficiency for 27%, using React and Node.js.
Implemented the RESTFul APIs in Spring Boot, enables the employees to read/modify the forecast for different regions and summarize them for future usage, decreasing the decision-making time to 1 hours, using AWS Lambda to establish the function, DynamoDB and S3 to store data.
Developed an application to solve the global rack orders being blocked. This solved 80% of unfulfilled demands, increased the visibility of the process and saved the manual effort for 80 engineers about 1 day.
Developed an application that automatically establishes a reactive workflow for unfulfilled orders. As a result, the total order per day increased 982 and the total income by approximately 550K, using Batch to create microservices and step function to create the whole workflow.
Took ownership of a project to revamp the entire workflow of allocation, collaborating closely with related teams to make informed design decisions and reduce the project timeline by 2 weeks. This effort also resulted in a 23% reduction in application resource costs.
Developed an application to preprocess the existing forecast data and establish the minimal stock amount to prevent blocked orders. This application has unblocked over 700 orders per day, using ECR and EKS.
Implemented the latest version of AWS CDK to create a comprehensive workflow and pipeline, improving the robustness and resource efficiency of our system. This has saved our development team valuable time and effort, decreasing the setup time by about 2 hours.
