Software Engineer

Summary

I am recently graduated from Conestoga College with an advanced diploma in the four year software engineering program. My co-op was with SAP Canada as a Quality Engineering Automation Developer. I chose to remain at SAP for all four terms of co-op to give me a full understanding of the A to Z of Quality Assurance. It taught me to be flexible, open to new ideas and gave me valuable insight into quality products.

Summary of my time and experience:

Utilized Python and Selenium library to write automated testing scripts for web UI.
Applied knowledge of testing methodologies such as black-box to examine the functionality of the
software product to locate bugs.
Worked within a fully remote team environment to communicate with other developers regarding
issues with the software product.
Updated, maintained and improved scripts used in nightly automated testing.
Ensured new features comply with SAP UI standards.

Expectations

What I am looking for is an environment that provides mentorship for new grads to help get me off the ground and able to engage with a team and grow my confidence as an engineer.
