Software Engineer
Summary
I'm a software engineer with a background in the sciences. I was employed at Amazon for 1.5 years before being affected by the layoffs. In that time, I successfully designed and implemented several projects successfully. These projects included new testing methods and practices that saved time and were more effective in catching potential problems, as well as implementing new features based on customer requests including follow-through during user testing.
My educational background is in computational physics where I obtained a Masters degree.
I am experienced with Java, Scala, FORTRAN and the AWS suite of products. I also am familiar with C++, SQL, and Python.
