As a Software Development Engineer on Amazon's Aurora PostgreSQL Engine team, I have honed my expertise in designing, developing, and implementing software systems that drive business growth. I have successfully delivered a new feature for our database engine called Zero Downtime Patching, for which I was responsible for core development and functional and performance testing in C, C++, and Java. The feature I developed seamlessly upgrades the database, eliminates downtime, and reduces patching time from 2 minutes to under 10 seconds
