Software Engineer

Summary

As a recent Computer Science graduate from the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley, I've quickly gained diverse experience in software engineering and automotive technology. After graduation, I worked as an Automotive Engineer at Revature, designing and testing ECUs and optimizing CAN systems for vehicles. Before that, I interned as a Software Engineer at IRL, developing REST APIs and implementing performance optimizations.

During my studies, I took on a leadership role as a Google Developer Technical Specialist, organizing workshops on Google technologies. I've also developed several significant projects, including an e-commerce platform, a college schedule creator, and a social media website, each showcasing different aspects of my full-stack development skills.

My technical expertise spans multiple programming languages, frontend and backend technologies, and developer tools. This diverse skill set, combined with my hands-on experience in both web development and automotive technology, has prepared me for challenging roles in software engineering. I'm excited to continue growing and applying my skills in innovative projects.

Expectations

As a recent graduate with practical experience in both software development and automotive engineering, I'm seeking a software engineering role that will challenge me and allow me to continue growing professionally. I expect to work in an environment that values innovation and encourages continuous learning.

I'm looking for opportunities to apply my diverse skill set, from frontend development with frameworks like React and Angular to backend work with Node.js, .NET Core, and database technologies. I'm particularly interested in positions that allow me to work on full-stack projects, as I enjoy seeing how all parts of a system come together.

I thrive in collaborative environments and expect to work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders. I'm eager to contribute to meaningful projects that solve real-world problems and have a positive impact on users.
