Performed on-call duties to promptly address alerts from our monitoring and requests from VAS providers and downstream teams. Utilized root cause analysis techniques to identify and address the underlying issues, effectively triaging them based on severity levels.
Executed comprehensive end-to-end delivery, overseeing a project from initial design through deployment, encompassing design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Joined the Value-Added Services (VAS) Provider Integration (PI) team where we create and maintain the micro-services for eBays VAS provider such as Authentication Hub to utilize.
Started from the needs of a debugging tool and ended up creating a scaled utility for both engineers and non-engineers to find and debug corrupted orders and allowed editing the types of corruption for search.
Led the complete lifecycle management of the utility, encompassing code development, presentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Maintained the functionalities of the utility as the service is developing. Worked closely with the team in a continuously developing cycle of getting feedback and improving the tool.
Transferred the tool to the team before signed off from the internship. Create documentations for the design, implementations, and future improvement of the utility.
