Worked on linking user accounts (both pro and homeowner) as a part of MLP initiative, adding a angi ID (unique ID) for every user to distinguish across data sources, sending magiclink to confirm the existing users (to eliminate any unused/spam accounts)
Worked on adding features to handy service providers onboarding workflow to add new professionals when theyre onboarded through partnership with providers such as Walmart and Lowes.
Improved communication between providers and customers through auto-dial and automated text messages workflow and keeps them engaging throughout the project. Lead this automation project from scratch till production.
Implemented the functionalities using ruby on rails microservices and used pub_sub messaging for asynchronous event notifications.
Developed Unit, Functional and Integration tests using Groovy, JBehave and rspec frameworks.
