As a Cloud Computing expert with a deep understanding of Azure and related technologies, I am passionate about pursuing a challenging position where I can share my skills and experience and expand my capabilities further. With several years of experience in deploying and managing services on Azure, I have demonstrated my expertise in configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting services.
In my current role as a Software Engineer 1 (Associate Manager) at DuckCreek Technology LLC, Mumbai, I am responsible for maintaining the billing application, fixing issues reported by customers, and internally testing, certifying, and delivering them in regular maintenance releases as well as requested custom builds or hotfixes. I am proactive in handling issues in the support queue and can multitask effectively to deliver tasks within set timelines.
In my previous roles, I worked as a System Analyst at Atos India Private Limited, where I coordinated and developed code with client teams on client locations, managed a team, and leveraged technical skills to complete projects on time. Before that, I worked as a Consultant at Capgemini India Private Limited, where I participated in requirement analysis, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of several software applications.
I hold a Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing from CALTECH CTME, Simplilearn Certified, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur, RGPV Bhopal. I am a Microsoft Certified Azure Architect (AZ:303), Microsoft Certified Azure Architect Design (AZ:304), Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (AZ:104), and Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate (AZ:204).
My knowledge extends to Azure and AWS Networking, Load Balancer, Network Security Groups, Application Gateway, availability set, Azure Backup and Recovery, Azure Storage, and Azure Storage Explorer. I have a good understanding of scheduling database backups from Maintenance plan, Job activity, and restoring databases to SQL. Creating and managing Availability Sets, Auto scaling, and load balancer as per project requirements are some of my key strengths.
I am a proactive communicator and an effective team player. With excellent project management skills, I estimate work effort and provide realistic timelines to meet project deadlines. I am proficient in use case points, function points, planning poker, and project management tools like JIRA, TFS, and Scrum Dashboard.
