Most recently, I served as Software Development Manager at Calian, where I led the design and delivery of major enhancements to pharmacy portals and healthcare ERP systems, including the Nexi platform. I introduced engineering best practices, implemented CI/CD pipelines, and used key delivery metrics - cycle time, deployment frequency, change-fail rate, and escaped defects - to continuously improve team performance and predictability.

Before Calian, I was Lead UI/UX Developer at Alio Health, where I shaped the front-end architecture, optimized user workflows, and built new modules that significantly enhanced patient and provider experience. Earlier in my career, I held ASP.NET development roles at Farm Boy, ObserveIT, and other organizations, working hands-on with .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies to build secure, performant business systems.
