These APIs were successfully integrated into leading SAP applications including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and IBP, supporting both embedded and enterprise use cases.

In addition, I proactively enhanced backend performance by applying SQL query optimizationsincluding the use of indexing, LIMIT/OFFSET pagination, and targeted WHERE clauses. These improvements were driven by regular performance monitoring and profiling, significantly improving query execution times and overall application responsiveness.

Over the past two years, Ive led a cross-functional Agile Scrum team of developers and QA engineers, owning the full project SDLC of cloud-based microservices from requirement gathering with Product Managers, architectural decisions, delivery scoping, collaborating with cross-engineering teams on dependencies, effort estimation, deployment, post-release support and KPI monitoring like availability, performance etc.

Facilitated all core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospection), leveraged tools such as JIRA for incident tracking and Dynatrace for performance monitoring, while ensuring security and user experience remain at the forefront. Ive also managed on-call rotations, participated in bridge calls, and provided rapid response during critical incidents. To ensure alignment, I conduct mid-sprint syncs and review meetings, enabling quick resolution of issues and reinforcing quality and consistency in delivery.

As a hands-on leader, I stay deeply involved through design and code reviews, technical mentoring, and patent contributions. I champion a team-as-first-customer mindsetencouraging early product testing, identifying friction points, and brainstorming improvements. This often sparks innovation, with several ideas evolving into patentable solutions. Innovation requires both time and focusso I prioritize automation of repetitive tasks. Ive streamlined development workflows by establishing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, creating GitHub Actions to simplify code check-in processes, and scripting tools to pre-diagnose production deployment issues.

In my role in product development, Ive consistently worked at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and customer engagement. I take full ownership of both internal and customer-reported issues from initial understanding and accurate reproduction to in-depth debugging and root cause analysis coordinating with development and support teams, using tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace and application logs. I pride myself on resolving complex technical challenges while delivering clear, timely updates to customers and stakeholders.

Even after resolution, I conduct post-incident reviews using structured problem-solving techniques like
Fishbone Analysis and the 5 Whys to identify underlying causes and ensure mitigation plans are in place. My process always includes thorough documentation to ensure long-term traceability, support continuous improvement, and promote knowledge sharing across teams ultimately contributing to greater product stability and customer satisfaction.

Having worked across mobile and web platforms including both on-premise and cloud-based environments I bring experience in both frontend and backend systems. This full-stack awareness allows me to troubleshoot issues holistically.
