Summary

I've been a full-time engineer at Amazon for the past two years. I previously worked as an SDE-Intern for 6 months and have continued my work at Amazon as an SDE-1 till now. I have ~18 months of full-time SDE-1 experience and 6 months of internship experience.

I spent the majority of my time at Amazon working on backend components for several teams, including the Amazon Lockers and Amazon Pay. I developed multiple microservices using the Spring Framework, Java, and AWS (Ex: S3, IAM, DDB, EC2, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, AWS Lambda etc.) majorly. I owned multiple features from requirement gathering from the product, planning, document creation for team context & review, designing LLD and HLD, implementation, testing, deployment, PROD launch, metric analysis, and getting insights on various parameters like TPV (total portfolio value), rise in expected parameters, etc. In addition, I gained knowledge on time management, team-building exercises, leading new projects within my team, and giving many presentations on director/organizational level.

I recently got laid off from Amazon and Looking for SDE-2 or equivalent roles.

Expectations

I'm open to expand my knowledge in tech stack including new technologies and requirements. I want to explore more in backend part and would like to expand in the same domain. Although i'm working on my front end skills as well.
