Summary

I have over 2 years of experience working with big data technologies and designing large scale low latency systems. I have also worked with variety of databases like Elasticsearch/Lucene, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra etc. I believe both of these facts make me an able candidate for designing and implementing data oriented large scale systems at my next role.

I use Java as my primary language and know nitty-gritties of JVM as well. I have also studied computer architecture. Both of these facts make me an able candidate for designing performance-first software at my next role.

However, I am not limited to single programming language and I have had experience building small scale projects with other populare languages like C, C++, Python, Kotlin and F#. So I would have no issue ramping up with new languages and technology stack at my next role

I have also been an engineering owner of a multi-million dollar revenue generating product at my last role. I have wore multiple hats during my role as an owner of the product including designing and implementing large scale data processing system, leading 2 members of my team, QA testing of the product and even handling client communication. So I believe, at my next role, I can be an owner and leader for development of a new project.
