A dedicated and detail-oriented Software Engineer in Test with 2 years of experience of hands on experience in ensuring the quality, reliability, and experience of mobile and O.T.T applications used in various customers. I am passionate about technology and delivering impactful results which drive engagement and provide a better experience for the customer and/or client.

Expectations

In an upcoming opportunities a few key expectations are set in my mind. Firstly, growth opportunities, similar if not better to what is provided at WillowTree, in which employees are encouraged and supported to continue in their professional growth along with career growth. WillowTree provides employees with a stipend for use in courses, books, and can also be used for conference related items.
Secondly, I also find it significant to provide an insight to the direct impact of the teams and my actions to the bigger picture. Being the standing of the company, the effect the product has when released, and/or the results/feedback given by the clientele in regards to the item delivered. Seeing the bigger picture really allows me to immerse myself in the on-goings within the team and project.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is likewise of significant importance. While I am deeply devoted to my professional responsibilities, I believe that harmonizing work commitments with personal life is key for enhanced productivity and overall satisfaction. Of course, I am realistic and understand that there will be periods requiring increased work-commitment, which I am prepared to accommodate.
Also, a companies values are important of course. A positive, ethical, and uplifting work culture that share my values of integrity, diversity, and innovation will strongly sway my job selection.
Lastly, I am actively seeking a role that fosters professional development and provides a clear path for progression. While financial compensation is by no means my sole motivation, a remuneration package that aligns with industry standards and reflects the nature of my job responsibilities would certainly factor into my decision-making.
