Summary

I am a tenacious, detail-oriented software developer who loves to tinker. At my previous position, I worked primarily in Java, Javascript, and React. My favorite thing to do was to find ways to leverage existing systems to add new functionality and improve workflows. I also pride myself in my ability to test and document features I implement.

In college I did projects in all areas of software development -- mobile, systems, web, and even game development. For my capstone project, I served as the team lead for a full-stack web accessibility automation application. I am an avid learner who enjoys jumping in feet first into a new project and I would be a great asset for your team.

Expectations

I'm looking for a position where I'm encouraged to learn, experiment, and try new things. I want to work someplace where people want to hear what I have to say, and for my voice to be taken seriously. I want to be part of the reason change was implemented. I want to work with people who don't feel afraid to give me constructive feedback on my ideas or projects.
