Project 1: EMS (Element Management System) Client T-Mobile / KPN
o EMS manages specific types of one or more network elements within a telecommunication management network. EMS key functionality is divided into five key areas - Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security (FCAPS).
o Worked on developing configuration parameters for Telephony application server (TAS) which included designing the GUI, field validation, and code to generate XML based on the input provided by the user.
o Managed user profiles that enforce policy management, user access privileges, and roles to personnel using the EMS GUI.
o Validation and testing of parameters based on the test data provided by the customer.

Project 2: CMS (Centralized Management System) Client AT&T
o CMS provides a single interface for provisioning multiple nodes in a network. It supports management of traffic between various NEs and capable of supporting persistent data storage.
o Worked on developing cross functional operation capability between EMS and CMS systems.
o Monitoring Fault Management and System Management alarms to capture critical logs, set threshold, and aid in debugging.
