Summary
I have been working with IBM for the last 5 years. Primarialy as a Product engineer (Level 3 Support Engineer) working on our product: Qradar which is an SIEM. I have experience with linux, networking, RCA, creating stories and defects, team skills and have also done various testing and developing for our support tools used by our engineers.
I have a strong personality and always bring positivity wherever I am. I am exceptional at communication and love to make people smile.
