Expectations

I am currently working as a consultant but I am looking to go into full time employment. I am looking for a job that allows me to grow and improve myself as a developer. I am willing to do whatever I can to prove my abilities as a developer, whether it be learning new languages for a job or putting in hours on difficult problems.
