Summary
Hello, I'm an enthusiastic software developer currently contributing as a Programmer at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). I hold a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus where I graduated Magna Cum Laude, specializing in languages such as Java and Python, along with a strong foundation in C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Git. Ive also been heavily exposed to Oracle SQL.
In my previous roles, I honed customer service and teamwork skills, but my true passion lies in solving problems through code. I've recently led a team in developing a new PTO Admin Reporting system using Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS including custom built APIs, database integration as well as both front-end and back-end development. Other projects such as actively participating in implementing SAML authentication for the schools website. These experiences have allowed me to cultivate a deeper understanding of software development methodologies and project management.
Outside of work, I'm committed to continuous learning and participated in the 2022 Hacktoberfest, contributing to open source projects, using C# in Godot to develop games, and taking on various freelance or personal projects to grow and hone my skills.
