Summary

I graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Science from New York University in 2020 and since then I have been working with Amazon for 3 years now. Before Amazon, I worked as a Software engineer at a company named eQ technologic, so overall I have 4 years of experience in software development.

At Amazon, I started my journey with the Amazon Fulfillment Tech organization, where I was responsible for building APIs for the services that manage rapid inventory movement between warehouses (Fulfillment Center). Given the amount of products i.e. data we have on Amazon.com, the main focus was not only to deliver new features using optimized algorithms, but also to maintain the services health i.e. security, resilience, and frequently prepare for the peak seasons by correctly gauging the traffic and scaling the services accordingly.

In 2022, I was fortunate to also experience Amazon Fresh business and be a part of the Grocery Fulfillment Tech organization. During this time I have designed scalable features using AWS to have a powerful impact on customers by not only improving their experience but also reducing operational workload on the team. I have also contributed to building Native AWS services that are live in North America and Europe regions.

Overall, I have been working on both frontend and backend technologies, primarily Java, AngularJS, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS and AWS services.

Expectations

Id love to lead more customer facing projects in my next role. I enjoy working as part of a team, so one of the things that Im looking for in my next position is a collaborative, team-focused environment. As far as domain is concerned I have experience working on backend as well as frontend technologies and I would love to continue in either of these areas or even as a full stack developer.
