Summary

*Conducting daily intakes
*Compiling report of cases attended to and opening file according to the service rendered to the client
*Compiling administrative work for case work, group work and community work
*Conducting home visit investigation
*Providing individual and group therapy
*Providing therapeutic counselling and psycho social supportive service to transgender clients
*Implement special programmes on substance, social behaviour change and parenting skills
*Organise and conduct awareness campaigns on Gender Based Violence
*Providing reunification services to clients that need to go back to their families
*Assessing clients who abuse substance and referring them to rehabilitation centre
*Screening clients in need of Social Relief of Distress (SRD) and referring clients to SASSA
*Facilitate access to resources e.g shelters
*Ensuring Non-Financial Data is submitted timeously
