Summary

I configured 3 firewalls for a client at my previous job. I was also able to help put together a VPN tunnel for a P2P connection between two facilities with one company. I was able to help troubleshoot a downed AP service for a client which ended up leading to a downed switch. End up having to get tech support involved because the switch reverted itself to passive. Used the CLI on the Fortigate to move it back to the active status to bring back up the switch and then the APs.

Expectations

The chance to get into the field to show all of my skills. Have the chance to be able to learn more about the cybersecurity field and be part of a team that has one goal and that is to protect the customer and/or clients.
