My role involves leading multiple testing projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality parameters, achieving 100% test coverage, zero UAT defects, and no defect leakage. Led a team of 40+ on multiple transformational projects and singlehandedly implemented the IFRS 9 program for SCB.
I am adept at producing comprehensive technical and business feasibility studies for project ideas, encompassing everything from requirement collection and metrics documentation to project briefs, end-stage reports, and progress tracking.
