Summary

I started my career by doing research on health informatics with deep focusing on integration systems and standards. Those years allowed me to dive into all sorts of topics and practices related to software, starting from programming, configuration, databases, system administration and to the final deployments and maintenance associated with the products.

As of today the same challenge remains with the DevOps culture, knowing the applications, micro-services and how it all connects to build the final user experience is not only challenging but essential in order to keep the wheels turning at an increasingly faster pace.

My main interests are:
* building processes and automations that break down bottlenecks;
* system and infrastructure design and standardization;
* high availability & monitoring;

Expectations

I enjoy working in smaller sized, startup companies where there aren't too many decisions steps and blockers. I thrive on being able to work with a broad set of topics under infrastructure without a precise focus on a particular topic. As such some of main interests are:

* Bring down development/infrastructure silos;
* Accelerate development time by giving the tools to developers to quickly do changes;
* Make sure we have an observable platform capable of detecting outages;
