I completed my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vaagdevi College of Engineering, India, in 2020, with an overall GPA of 8.5/10. Since then, I've gained valuable experience as a ServiceNow Developer at Legato Health Technology, Hyderabad, India, where I worked on end-to-end project planning and implementation, configuration and customization of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management modules, web services, and more. I also have experience with server-side and client-side scripting, creating reports, dashboards, and schedules, and integrating other applications with ServiceNow applications.

Before that, I worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Smart Bridge Technology, Hyderabad, India, where I created a machine learning model that predicts the length of stay for patients with more accuracy than a discharge planner. I also developed customized applications to automate reasoning and decisions and calculated optimization algorithms.

One of my proudest achievements was leading a team of four students at Vaagdevi College of Engineering to build a machine learning model that predicts the length of stay for patients in the hospital. We achieved an accuracy of 95% using SVM, and I won the Smartbridge Hackathon in the field of machine learning for my project, which focused on predicting customer credibility for lending loans or credit cards.
