Perform code testing for Customers and help the development team to resolve the issue based on priority.

Project Description: GTAC is a cloud-based ServiceNow platform used as a backend system for ATO customers.
Role: ServiceNow Consultant
Task: Implement Automatic Ticket Exchange to exchange cases, changes,
The problem, service request, and knowledge article details with ATO company via Mulesoft
Responsibilities:
Understood ITSM module to implement ATE.
Created custom applications and different mapping tables to store data and write logic to send expected data using rest integration.
Created a Transform map to transform data coming from the staging table to the target table.
Created business rules, including the script includes, and writing business logic to call rest messages and send request payload to middleware.
Good understanding of rest message, HTTP method, and status.
Worked on table API to create service requests from record producers. Collaborate with other team members to understand the flow of each management process.
Responsible for all development activities such as designing, coding, unit testing, implementation, and support.
