I'm an IT professional with 30+ years experience. I've managed the transition of complex IT systems and Im very experienced in the Service Improvement process. I've recently successfully delivered a Major Incident Comms framework & improvements to Service Transition processes , designing & implementing a new Operational Acceptance Criteria and transition governance approach. I have presented to Global heads and build very good working relationships at all levels of a Business.
