I am enthusiastic and professional.
For the past 6 years I have been working as a IT technicians at Ericsson and I have learned a lot, it has allowed me to build up confidence when working with clients both on the telephone and face-to-face. I have great problem-solving skills and I am not afraid to ask questions. My short part time position has given me experience on capturing data onto systems. I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career.
