- Design and develop innovative tools and features to streamline and accelerate the product development lifecycle
- Partner with teams focused on Design Systems, Accessibility, and Motion to identify, conceptualize, and develop tools that amplify the capabilities and help the team to achieve the strategic goals.
- Work closely with products engineers, understanding their pain points and building solutions to resolve them scalably and flexibly.
- Partner with designers, working collaboratively to understand their pain points and make improvements to the designer and development collaboration process.
- Experment with various Generative Al technologies, create prototypes and drive adoption to the new and innovative tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices from the Web ecosystem
- Mentor and guide team members in their career development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Work cross-functionalities to build new services, tools and data models to operationalize workflows.
- Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight. Help scope, estimate, and prioritize between conflicting needs.
- Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve the applications development tooling and conventions.
- Learn new systems and tools, platforms and ecosystems.
- Contribute to incident reviews.
