With over 8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Visual and Interaction Designer, I have had the privilege to contribute to various industries including Government, Banking, Fin-tech, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Travel, and Education. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to delivering impactful design solutions that bridge the gap between customer needs and business objectives.

In my current role at Capgemini, I spearheaded the creation and implementation of an innovative design system, unifying visual elements and interaction patterns across multiple projects for prominent organizations like TAMM, ADDA Services, Etihad Credit Bureau, Abu Dhabi Media Office, and Dubai Municipality. I orchestrated workshops, maintained comprehensive UI/UX pattern libraries, and instituted a dynamic design governance structure to ensure continuous improvement and stakeholder involvement.

Prior to this, at Multi-Level Technology (MLT), I served as a Senior UI/UX & Motion Designer, leading teams through discovery and end-to-end design delivery. I focused on product strategy, research-driven designs, and rapid delivery processes while coaching the team to enhance design deliverables and introduce user research and testing practices.

My expertise lies in cross-collaboration, research and design, strategy development, and information architecture. I am proficient in tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, and have completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate series.

Some of my major achievements include reducing design delivery time from 1 month to 2 weeks, increasing delivery efficiency by 40%, implementing a seamless design system that resulted in optimized customer journeys, engaging product road-maps, and conducting various types of research including user research, usability testing, and gathering client requirements.
