Senior Test Engineer

Summary

Perform Test case execution and Prepare Test bed for the Deployment of the firmware.
Responsible for testing Voice calling service from IP Phone, PSTN, POTS Phone, Trunking groups etc with use of Asterisk,
Edge protect embedded SIP-Server etc
Tested working of ALG (Application-Level Gateway)/B2BUA (Back 2 Back User Agent)

Configure Network (LAN & WAN), static routes, VLAN, Sub interfaces, DHCP Server etc.
Functionality Testing around SIP registration, soft switch redundancy, Proxy mode, multi-homed proxy mode,
Transparent proxy mode.
Configuration backup/restore
Upgrade Testing for Remote firmware upgrades via FTP, SCP, SFTP
Review Health monitor/report, MOS monitor/report for LAN & WAN.
Capture network traffic via Wireshark, Traceroute, Ping, Syslogs, Debug logs (SIPUA, SIPGW calls)
